DEVELOG business group acts as Data Controller of your personal data. Develog S.r.l (VAT number 10816370968) with registered office at via Privata Fratelli Gabba, n. 6 - 20121 Milan, acts as Data Controller Representative.

 

Data processing is performed for administrative and accounting purposes only. The  lawfulness  principle of data processing is triggered by the Agreement execution and by the compliance to applicable laws (art. 6 comma 1 subparagraphs b) and c) of EU Regulation 2016/679).

 

Your data will be processed and stored in Develog business group computer systems and/or filed on paper copies and will be not disclosed to third parties except as required by applicable laws.

 

They may be transferred towards Extra EU countries for electronic data processing services, in compliance with art. 45 and art. 46 of GDPR.
